FAQ

How can I RSVP?

Please submit an RSVP here.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing semi-casual breathable attire that is suitable for the summer weather so that you can enjoy the outdoor space. Please avoid wearing light blue, white, or floral patterns in combination to avoid blending in with Dan and Erica. There is no need for ties, suit jackets, formal dresses, or dress shoes.

Where is the wedding and how do I get there?

Here is the location of the venue. Please contact Erica or Dan in advance if you don't have a vehicle and would like to carpool with someone to the venue.

Where can I park?

Parking is available in a parking lot just outside the venue.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, but you may arrive as early as 3:45 if you'd like.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

We will be holding the ceremony outdoors. The reception will be inside an air conditioned building.

What if it rains?

The ceremony will either be delayed or moved indoors depending on the severity of weather conditions. We will proceed with the ceremony in the case of light rain. Be sure to check the forecast and bring an umbrella if needed.

What is happening between the ceremony and reception?

Appetizers will be served immediately following the ceremony.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know in your RSVP if you have dietary restrictions so we can accommodate your needs.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We hired a professional photographer to capture the ceremony as it takes place. We ask that everyone turn off and put away their devices to remain present and undistracted for the ceremony, and to avoid getting in the way of our photographer. Photos will later be available for purchase. Feel free to take photos once the ceremony is completed!

Do you have a registry?

Since we already have enough material possessions, we instead have a honeymoon fund for a future trip.

How should I refer to the married couple?

We prefer the use of gender-neutral marriage titles instead of bride and groom or husband and wife. Though this is simply a preference and we won't be upset if you forget.

Should I come if I'm not feeling well?

We have immunocompromised individuals attending. Although we'd love to see you, please stay home if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms.
